The firm

Freight law focused on the contract, the operation and the evidence.

Our approach

The decisive information in a freight matter is often spread across a framework agreement, individual instruction, consignment note, status messages, proof of delivery, complaints and insurance records. We combine these sources into a traceable chronology and clarify the actual role performed by each business involved.

In cases of loss, damage or delay, the visible consequence is only one part of the assessment. Custody, packaging, reservations, instructions, carriage obstacles, liability limits and time limits also matter. Cross-border transports add the CMR and questions of jurisdiction and applicable law.

The matter can be prepared digitally. A short factual summary and an organised set of core records allow a focused initial classification. This portal provides topic pages, checks, checklists and a freight-law glossary; individual advice depends on the actual transport and complete documentation.

How we prepare the review.

Reconstruct the transport chain

We map the customer, consignor, consignee, contractual and performing carriers, freight forwarders and other providers against the actual operation.

Connect evidence and dates

Documents, photographs, reservations and electronic data are placed on a timeline while notice requirements, statements and limitation issues are reviewed.

Define the next step

Depending on the file, further preservation of evidence, a quantified claim, a response to defences or an out-of-court or court strategy may be appropriate.

Discuss the freight-law position

Send us a short chronology and the core transport records. We will discuss which questions should be addressed first.
